Interviewer: What is your name?
Entrepreneur: My name is Raymond.

Interviewer: What company do you work for?

Entrepreneur: I work for Oriental Inn Wms Ltd. Chinese takeaway.

Interviewer:  How long have you worked in this company?

Entrepreneur: More than 15 years.

Interviewer: What does it specialize in?

Entrepreneur: We specialize in Fast Food, Chinese Food.

Interviewer: When did you set your business?

Entrepreneur: I set my business in 2004.

Interviewer: Who are your main competitors?

Entrepreneur: My main competitors are Hong Kong House, Hot wek and Kosing.

Interviewer: Do you agree with the fact that entreprenur works 24/7?

Entrepreneur: Not entirely. It depends on how many days off you set yourself and if you carry out business tasks in your personal time.

Interviewer: Have you ever wondered of resigning from running your company?

Entrepreneur: Yes, sometimes due to personal problems.

Interviewer: Did you have any problems related to setting up your business?

Entrepreneur: Just minor problems relating to timescales.

Interviewer: Did you have any other business ideas?

Entrepreneur: Yes, I wanted to set up a supermarket at one point.

Interviewer: Are you planning to open similar business in your area?

Entrepreneur: No (due to limited capacity)

Interviewer: Thank you very much!

1. How did you get your idea or concept for the business?  I had language teaching background and I was into language teaching and not into translations. I didn't just get the idea of opening a translation the business, it was an evolution. I worked in the language industry and more and more people were asking to provide them with translation services so I did and it is how the company grew. Initially we provided just one language and then we moved on to deliver translations into more languages on as needed basis. New customers appeared and we extended the range of service.  2.
